docker compose upworking end-to-end locally
Week 1
Section titled “Week 1”- Ship a “hello-world” PR — fix a typo, bump a dep, anything. Get the release flow in your fingers.
- Read Architecture in the public docs
- Read Governance Pipeline in the public docs
- Read Release process
- Pair on an on-call shadowing shift
Week 2
Section titled “Week 2”- Take a first meaningful ticket. Aim for “in review” by end of week.
- Do one incident-response drill (see Incident response runbook)
- Rotate your personal GitHub PAT to an SSH key if you haven’t already
